Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Pasoteca is a personal practice tool for dancers. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you record or upload. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you, and to the people you share them with. You are responsible for having permission to film in your classes: many schools and teachers have their own rules about recording.
Acceptable use
Your account is personal. Do not upload content that is illegal, that you have no right to use, or that harms others, and do not try to break or overload the service. We may remove such content or suspend an account that does.
Pasoteca Pro
The free plan holds a limited number of classes and moves. Pasoteca Pro lifts those limits as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If you stop paying, everything you made stays yours; you just cannot add beyond the free limits.
For subscriptions bought on iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The service
The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep your library safe and available, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or end features over time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost content; nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions: dumadata@gmail.com.
